Funeral Arrangements The funeral of Arthur Howarth, Ex Old Instonian and Prenton player, Prenton President 1995 – 1997, recently passed after a long illness. His funeral takes place on Friday 17th April at Landican Cemetery at 12pm, the back to Prenton RUFC Community Hub to celebrate his life. RIP Wing Commander.
