Please note that Saturday afternoon bookings are unavailable between September and May due to the rugby season.

We offer flexible spaces to suit different event sizes:
Main Function Room: approximately 100–120 guests
Members Lounge: approximately 30–40 guests

How much does it cost to hire the venue?
Venue hire prices start from £100. The final cost will depend on the room selected, the length of your booking, and any additional requirements. Please contact us for a tailored quote.
Where are you based?
We are based at Prenton Rugby Union Football Club, located in Prenton, Birkenhead, Wirral, with on-site parking available and easy access from surrounding areas.
What happens if there is a match on?
On match days, parts of the club may be busier than usual. We will always make you aware of any fixtures in advance and discuss how this may affect your booking to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Do you have outdoor space available?
Yes, outdoor spaces are available and can be used as part of your booking, subject to availability and weather conditions. Please let us know if this is something you require.
Do you support funerals and wakes?
Yes. We provide a respectful and private environment suitable for funeral gatherings and wakes. Our team will support you throughout the booking process with care and sensitivity.
